Job Title: Residential Security Officer, Community Safety & Patrol – North Shore Region
Location: 7 Kimball Court, Woburn, MA 01801

Schedule:
  • Position 1: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (FT)
  • Position 2: Friday - Saturday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (PT)
     
Shift: Evening/ Overnight
Position Type: Full-time / Part-Time
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and observant Security Officer to join our team. This role primarily involves outdoor foot patrol duties, including monitoring parking lot activity, deterring unauthorized entry to the building during off-hours, and overseeing contractor access to the property.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine foot patrols around the interior/exterior of the property
  • Maintain visibility in the building and parking lot to deter suspicious or unwanted activity
  • Ensure no unauthorized individuals enter the building during off-hours
  • Monitor and log the entry/exit of contractors during active work periods
  • Provide accurate, timely incident reports and updates as needed
  • Maintain communication with supervisors and other personnel as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience, especially in access control and residential security
  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain on foot for extended periods and conduct frequent patrols
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to intake information quickly and report incidents clearly and concisely
