Location: Boston, MAPay Range: $23.50 to $25 (Depending on experience)

Job Description:
As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, training and ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.
- Oversee and manage security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control.
- Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
- Supervise security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
- Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties
Requirements :
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a security leadership role
- Independent and team player skills
- Observant and detail oriented
- Must possess strong leadership and work ethics.
- The successful candidate must also possess a stable work history, excellent communication skills, full computer literacy
